ReviewSaathi is a SaaS (Software as a Service) tool that helps local businesses in India collect customer reviews using QR-code-based review generation. Our registered website is reviewsaathi.in.

We collect the following information from businesses who register with us:

• Business name — to identify your account and personalise your QR code.
• Business location / address — to associate your account with your physical presence.
• Google Maps listing link — to direct your customers to your Google review page.
• Contact email address — for account communications, billing, and support.
• Payment information — processed securely through Razorpay and Cashfree. We do not store your card or bank details directly.

We do not collect any personal data from your customers. The QR code experience does not require customers to log in or provide any personal information.

Your data is stored securely on Supabase, a cloud database platform with industry-standard security practices including encryption at rest and in transit. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information from unauthorised access, loss, or misuse.

We use your data only to:

• Create and manage your ReviewSaathi account
• Generate your personalised QR code and review suggestion pages
• Process your subscription payments via Razorpay and Cashfree
• Send you account-related communications (billing, updates, support)
• Improve and maintain our platform

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal data with any third parties for commercial purposes. We will never sell your information to advertisers, data brokers, or any other party.

We use the following trusted third-party services to operate our platform:

• Supabase — database and backend infrastructure
• Razorpay — payment processing
• Cashfree — payment processing
• Google — our tool links to Google Maps / Google Reviews (your use of Google is governed by Google's own privacy policy)

These services only receive the minimum data necessary to perform their function. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third-party platforms.

In compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, you have the right to:

• Request access to the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Withdraw consent at any time by cancelling your subscription

We retain your account data for as long as your subscription is active. Upon cancellation or account deletion, we will delete your data within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain it (e.g. payment records for tax compliance).

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or by displaying a notice on our website. Continued use of ReviewSaathi after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
