Terms of Service

ReviewSaathi is a review management platform for local businesses in India. We provide businesses with a unique QR code that customers can scan to view pre-written review suggestions, which they can then choose to post on Google. Our goal is to make the review collection process simple and convenient — for both businesses and their customers.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract under Indian law to use ReviewSaathi. By using the service, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that you are signing up on behalf of a legitimate business.

We offer a 7-day free trial with full access to ReviewSaathi features. No payment is required to start the trial. If you choose to continue after the trial, your paid subscription will begin automatically and you will be billed ₹2,000 per month via Razorpay or Cashfree.

• Subscription fee: ₹2,000 per month, billed automatically via Razorpay or Cashfree auto-recurring.
• Billing begins after your 7-day free trial ends.
• Payments are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.
• If a payment fails, your access may be suspended until the outstanding amount is cleared.
• Prices may change with 30 days' advance notice to your registered email.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect immediately and stops all future billing. You will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period. No refund will be issued for the remaining days in that period.

We make no guarantees regarding the number of reviews you will receive, your Google star rating, or your business ranking on Google Maps or any other platform. Results vary depending on your customers, your business, and factors entirely outside our control.

ReviewSaathi is a tool — the outcomes depend on how you use it and how your customers respond.

ReviewSaathi is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected to Google.

We are not responsible for any of the following, whether or not they occur as a result of using our service:

• Removal of any reviews from Google or any other platform
• Suspension or penalisation of your Google Business Profile or Google Maps listing
• Any action taken against your business by Google or any third-party platform
• Changes to Google's review policies that may affect your account
• Any loss of reviews, ratings, or ranking as a result of using our tool

You acknowledge that third-party platforms like Google have their own policies, and their decisions regarding your listings, reviews, or account are entirely beyond our control.

You are fully responsible for how you use ReviewSaathi. This includes:

• How you deploy the QR codes and present them to your customers
• Ensuring that your use of the tool complies with Google's review policies and any other applicable platform guidelines
• Not using ReviewSaathi to generate fake reviews, incentivise reviews in a deceptive manner, or engage in any fraudulent activity
• All communications you have with your customers through or around the tool

ReviewSaathi will not be held liable for any misuse of the platform by the client.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently cancel your account at any time, with or without prior notice, at our sole discretion. Reasons may include (but are not limited to) misuse of the platform, violation of these terms, non-payment, or any conduct we deem harmful to our business or other users. In the event of cancellation by us, we will issue a prorated refund for any unused days in your current billing cycle.

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, ReviewSaathi's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of our service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the month in which the issue occurred. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, loss of business, or reputational harm.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
