Refund Policy

Every new account gets a 7-day free trial — no credit card required to start. You get full access to all ReviewSaathi features during this period. This is your opportunity to evaluate whether the platform works for your business before committing to a paid plan.

Once your free trial ends and your paid subscription begins, payments are non-refundable except in the specific circumstances described in Section 3 below.

We do not offer refunds for the following reasons:

• You forgot to cancel before the next billing date
• You did not use the service during the billing period
• Reviews were removed by Google or another third-party platform
• You did not get the number of reviews you expected
• You changed your mind about the service
• Your Google Business Profile was penalised or suspended

Because we offer a full free trial, we expect you to evaluate the service before subscribing. Our no-refund policy after the trial reflects this.

If ReviewSaathi is completely non-functional and unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours due to an issue on our end (not due to third-party services like Google, internet outages, or your own hardware/network), you are eligible for a prorated refund.

The prorated refund will be calculated as follows:

To request this refund, you must:

• Email us at officialreviewsaathi@gmail.com with your registered email address and the dates of the outage
• Submit the request within 7 days of the outage being resolved

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

• You can cancel your subscription at any time — no questions asked.
• Cancellation stops all future billing immediately.
• You will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period.
• No refund is given for the remaining days in the current billing period upon cancellation.

In the rare event that we cancel your subscription (for reasons such as violation of our Terms of Service), we will issue a prorated refund for any unused days remaining in your current billing period.
